Warranty & Returns
The Wateraft, parts and accessories to the Wateraft are offered for sale on an “as is, where is” basis and the purchaser acknowledges this and has taken this into account when assessing the state and condition of the Wateraft (including any hidden defects) together with the price of the Wateraft and the other circumstances in which the Wateraft is supplied.
Damaged Items: Should damage occur to the Wateraft during shipment to your requested destination at the time of ordering, please notify us immediately. A replacement product will be sent to you and the pickup of the damaged raft will be arranged. To return the damaged product, please call us at 1-888-415-5677 to obtain and RMA number (Returned Material Authorization). The Wateraft must be shipped back in its original corrugated container along with the clear protective poly bag intact.
